SAULEDA THREAD PROCESSING. SWIPE!
To produce our Sauleda Masacril fabrics for solar protection, we obtain the dyed virgin fiber directly from the producer.
When it goes into production, it goes through a carding process where the fiber is combed. Then it goes through the manuals where they are parallelized and homogenized and then the drawing process begins, which consists of two parts which end up becoming the thread of a cable. Finally, we twist the cables together to obtain a double strand and, in this way, we obtain optimal quality and resistance to be able to manufacture our fabrics.
Stay tuned for Sauleda's curiosity monthly!
