Josep M. Sauleda, Chief Operations Director (COO) of Sauleda, and Joaquín Piserra, CEO of Pureti, have signed a strategic alliance to jointly develop disruptive technology for solar protection.
This technology aims to create a positive impact on the environment and improve the people’s quality of life. The resulting product will position both companies globally as leaders in the organic textile sector.
Sauleda is a creative and innovative manufacturer of technical fabrics for solar protection and outdoor upholstery. Since Sauleda was born in 1897, it has had one goal: to produce high quality and designer fabrics to protect people. More than a century later, we continue to remain true to this vision.
Pureti is a company specializing in the development of solutions to improve the environment, both indoor and outdoor. Pureti has won the European Union iSCAPE project to decontaminate European cities with photocatalytic technology. Recognized by Horizon 2020 as one of the ten projects that will shape the EU in the next sixty years.
This is a new collaboration for Sauleda with state-of-the-art technological innovation. All this at the service of the care for the environment and people’s health, which fills us with satisfaction and enthusiasm for the future.
